"Selection felt limited"
I was hoping to find more of the brands I usually buy, but the selection was limited. The site itself was easy enough to use, but I couldn’t find much of what I actually needed, and that part was weird. I ended up checking other places instead.

"Click and collect was ridiculously easy"
I ordered online and picked everything up from EQ Saddlery with no fuss at all. The click and collect option was so handy and saved me wandering around the store trying to track everything down. I got the email quickly, and when I arrived the staff already had my order ready to go. Ridiculous how easy it was — I’ll definitely use it again...

"Shipping was honestly way faster than I expected"
I ordered a few things and they showed up so much quicker than I thought they would. I don’t know, it just felt really smooth from start to finish. Checkout was easy too, no hassle or weird issues at all. Happy with the whole thing.

"Wanted to love it, but the gear didn’t last"
I’ve been loyal to EQ Saddlery for a while, so I was disappointed with this order. I bought a halter and a pair of reins, and they looked nice when they arrived, but after just a few rides the stitching started coming loose and the clips felt cheaper than I expected. Shipping was fine and I still like the brand overall, which makes it harder to say, but for the price I really thought the quality would hold up better.

The fitter was friendly enough, so no issue there, but the saddle still wasn’t sitting right afterwards. I ended up having to pay someone else to come out and sort it, which was frustrating. It left me feeling like the company was more focused on taking the booking and getting paid than making sure the fit was actually right. Felt like wasted money in the end.

"Warranty support was a bit of a joke"
Dealing with their warranty support was frustrating. I kept getting passed around by the usual support squad, and nobody seemed too interested in actually helping. The whole process felt like a warranty runaround more than real support. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not something I’d want to deal with again.

"Description didn’t match what I got"
The item I received really wasn’t what the description made it sound like. I mean, I was expecting one thing and then opened the package and it was just… not that. Kind of frustrating, honestly. The quality wasn’t even the main issue for me, it was more that the listing felt misleading. I probably wouldn’t have ordered it if the description had been accurate.

"Really happy with the quality"
I picked up a saddle pad and a few bits, and I’m really pleased with them. The quality feels great for the price, the stitching is neat, and everything has held up well after a few rides. The whole experience was smooth too, which made it even better.

"My order did show up late..."
My order did show up late one time, so I’d probably avoid ordering last minute if you really need something by a certain date. The tracking was mostly fine though, and I kept an eye on it just to be safe. Overall, not terrible, but I’d build in some extra time.

"Decent visit, but the wait felt endless"
I stopped by the store and the staff were friendly, which was nice. But the checkout line moved so slowly that I felt kind of trapped just standing there waiting. They were also missing a few sizes I wanted to try. Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, just average.

"I ordered an item but ended up..."
I ordered an item but ended up needing to return it. The refund did come through in the end, so no major issue there, but I expected it to be a bit quicker. I found myself checking my bank a few times before it finally showed up. Not a terrible experience, just a little slower than I was hoping for.

"Comfortable gear, but I felt a bit misled"
I got a pair of riding tights and a top from EQ Saddlery, and to be fair, they are comfy for longer rides and don’t rub much, which I really appreciate. The sizing was mostly okay, though a little snug. Delivery was fine too. That said, I did feel a bit misled by the way the fit/details were described online, because I expected them to be slightly different when they arrived. I still like the gear and would probably buy again, but I’d double-check sizing and product details next time...

"Deals are decent here and there"
I’ve found some good promo prices once in a while, maybe like 20% or so off certain items, but the regular stuff usually isn’t marked down much. It’s worth checking if there’s a sale going on, but I wouldn’t expect huge savings every time.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box was crushed when it arrived, and the item seemed to have some damage because of it. Maybe it was handled roughly during shipping, but the packaging didn’t seem sturdy enough to protect it.

"I’ve ordered a few things from EQ Saddlery..."
I’ve ordered a few things from EQ Saddlery and, for some reason, the prices seem to really depend on what you’re buying. I did manage to get a good deal on a rug, which I was happy with, but a couple of other items I looked at were cheaper on other sites.
Shipping was totally fine and arrived as expected, so no complaints there. I’d still check them again when I need something, but I probably wouldn’t assume they’re always the cheapest. Overall, they’re okay, just worth price-checking first

I was trying to place my order and everything seemed fine at first, but then the checkout page just kept freezing on me. I refreshed, tried again, waited a bit, all that stuff, but it still wouldn’t let me actually pay. I got tired of messing with it and just gave up on ordering.

"Loyalty points are fine, but nothing exciting"
I’ve ordered from EQ Saddlery a few times now, and the loyalty program is okay, but it doesn’t feel like you get much back unless you’re spending a fair bit. I don’t mind earning points, but sometimes it feels like I’m putting energy into tracking them for barely any payoff, which is a bit annoying.

I have used a small discount once, so it’s not completely pointless, but it takes a while to get there. It’s a nice little extra, I guess, just not something that would make me choose them over another store if the price or shipping was better somewhere else

"Pretty good for the price"
Prices seemed fair enough, and the stuff I got feels decent honestly. Not fancy fancy, but good quality for what I paid. I’d probably buy from here again, especially compared to some other saddlery shops that cost a lot more

I wasn’t totally sure what I needed for my horse and didn’t expect much, but the staff really seemed to know their stuff. They were easy to talk to and helped narrow things down without making it complicated. I’ll admit, they made the whole choice a lot easier than I thought it would be
